She would create the RMAs and send back shipping labels to be affixed. All I do now is put a label on each piece of equipment, scan the QR code that’s pre-printed on each label, and tell her how many pallets I have.” This streamlined process saves significant time, allowing the manager to improve productivity in other areas.
