Our latest service, just released in March 2023, is QText™ notifications—specifically designed to make pickups and deliveries easier. Rather than receiving a phone call or email, we send you a text notification providing your next delivery/pick-up date. You simply click “yes” and tell us how many units you want to be picked up. It’s that easy and that fast! Goodbye to extra emails and phone calls.

To make sure QText is activated for you, simply text the word “QTEXT” to 855-402-6789, and we’ll get it all set up. Please note that after May 31, 2023, we will fully transition to text notifications and no longer call or email for pickup reminders. So be sure to follow the instructions above to activate your text service so we can serve you better.
QTags: Faster RMAs and Chain of Custody
Sometimes called “Quicker Stickers,” QTag™ service labels released in late 2022 have become very popular. Quality Biomedical provides you with a roll of QR labels. Simply apply a label to each device needing repair or PM and scan it with an app on your phone. That’s it! We automatically schedule your pickup and notify you of the date and time. Our driver then scans the labels at your location, and the chain-of-custody is instantly noted and trackable online. If you have equipment ready, there is no need to wait for a QText to notify you that a driver will be in your area. Simply scan your QTags and the pickup will be scheduled.

If you receive a QText that a driver will be in your area, you can either 1) respond with the number of items to be picked up or 2) to be even more efficient, you can label your pieces of equipment and scan the QTags, then your pickup is instantly logged and scheduled.
